Born in Brooklyn New York, she grew up diversely. Living both in New York and New Jersey she found herself loving both her farmland settings and her childhood escapes to the ocean side which led to her overwhelming love for the outdoors. Throughout her life she has had an expressed fascination with paints and a loving draw to how the world is represented through the eyes of an artist.

It was her mother’s encouragement at a young age, which peeked her curiosity to start drawing using charcoal, pen and ink, which later led to her being drawn to oils on canvas.

Self taught, she derived her style by trial and error and studying with fellow artists within the oil genre. As time passed she perfected her own style and made her mark with realistic and lush landscapes, ocean scenes and various life events.

Her talents have not gone un-noticed. She has twice been named the AMG Heritage Awards Freelance Visual Artist of the Year for 2017 & 2016 and given her own art shows entitled  Music in the Round  and the AMG Art Crawl. Her paintings have hung in various galleries and purchased by collectors from all over the United States.

Her keen eye for art led to her position inside of the Artists Music Guild as the official art curator for the Guild’s Monroe Crossing Art Gallery.
